Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for technical quotations for switchgear products of 35kV and below, including component price inquiries and quotation issuance;
2. Organize and standardize the basic data for quotations.
3. Execute pre-sales quotation technical communication and confirm answers;
4. Responsible for collecting and reporting bidding information, assisting in the bidding process.
5. Organize and maintain bidding client information, ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of the files.
Job Requirements:
1. Familiar with high and low voltage complete equipment, relevant technical work experience is preferred;
2. Proficient in using office software (Excel, Word, Autocad, ExWinner complete quotation software);
3. Able to adapt to overtime, with good stress resistance;
4. Passionate about bidding work, with a strong sense of responsibility;
5. Good communication skills and team spirit.
